- Daily group performance enhancement sessions begin at 4:30 for high school and middle school athletes and are $15 on a walk-in basis
- Monday – upper body power/injury prevention
- Tuesday – “Speed 304” for sprint form and power
- Wednesday – Agility
- Thursday – “Speed 304” for sprint form and power
- Friday – lower body power/injury prevention
- Groups are limited to 12 spaces
