Joint-and-Muscle

Joint and muscle pain affects everyone, some of us every day. There are several ways to categorize pain. One is to separate it into acute pain and chronic pain. Acute pain typically comes on suddenly and has a limited duration. It’s frequently caused by damage to tissue such as bone, muscle, or organs, and the onset is often accompanied by anxiety or emotional distress.

Chronic pain lasts longer than acute pain. It’s usually associated with a long-term illness, such as osteoarthritis. Chronic pain can be the result of damaged tissue, and when left untreated it can alter the way that we walk, sit, and work and over time can cause dysfunction in our movement that only creates more pain and problems. Stop this cycle in its tracks. At Dynamic we will take a comprehensive approach beginning with pain relief, and progressing to movement correction and ultimately increases in strength that can put your life back in your hands.
