Our goals are to provide the highest quality physical therapy possible and to achieve unmatched patient and physician satisfaction. We feel over the past five years we have achieved these goals. This is evident by patient satisfaction surveys and being voted by readers of the Charleston Newspapers as "Best Physical Therapist" for five years in a row - 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. The "best" quality therapy will always be our goal. We feel this really speaks of the loyalty and perceptions of our patients and physicians.

Should patients really be concerned with where they get their therapy?
Absolutely, there are some injuries that can be dramatically affected by therapy.  For example providing the wrong exercise, doing a treatment at the wrong time, or simply not being shown a correct exercise, improper splinting (hand patient) etc. etc., can lead to damaging or poor results.  These results can last a lifetime, affect function, ability to work, or stop a person from enjoying life forever!  A bad therapist can make a good surgery look bad.  I challenge each patient to research their therapist, ask for credentials, go to the facility before hand and get a tour – meet the therapist face-to-face before starting therapy.  Every facility should offer this opportunity and information.  Don’t take a chance with an outcome that could last a lifetime.
